Weekends are very busy affairs at the moment. Saturday sporting fixtures are plentiful and the whole school has a real buzz as spring is beginning to tempt us with the odd day of sunshine and bird song!However as you can see from the photos our boarders' still can't get enough of hockey! On Sunday morning after breakfast some of the children asked to play and and so we split into 2 teams and off we went. The pictures show some of the action. For the record the score finished 6-6 which is always good in the interest of good house relations for the rest of the day!
Following a good lunch it was off to Bath for a spot of shopping and to give the smoothie, cookie, sports and sweet shops their annual pumelling! After mass all the children wrote a letter home over a mug of hot chocolate. (I hope that you recieved yours?)
Next week is a relaxed, in house weekend. There is a slight change to the activity on the 18th as the cancelled body zorbing activity will take place instead of kayaking.
