This Wednesday night the boarders celebrated the Chinese New Year with a Chinese feast, and then an evening game of Chinese Dragonball in the sports hall. Unfortunately we did not take any photos of the evenings activities because a camera in the middle of an intense game in the sports hall might not have ended well, so instead I have included a couple of photos from a couple of weeks ago when the school was treated to a bit of snow.
It was no surprise that everyone was very excited about this, as school had finished so they could go outside and play around in it.
Sadly the snow wasn't very thick and therefore disappeared pretty quickly, but while the ground was white everyone had a fantastic time playing in the snow before it melted.

Valentines Disco
Hello everyone and welcome back! Sorry about the lack of posts but there were a couple of technical difficulties that had to be sorted out, but now we're good to go! This year I have taken over the blog as I'm the new Gap student, and although I'm far away from home (New Zealand) I have been warmly welcomed into the All Hallows team.
On Wednesday night there was a valentines day disco, and everyone had an amazing night. After night prayers and the usual evening routine everyone went up to their dorms to get ready for the disco. The boarders all dressed up and had a great time dancing to the music for a couple of hours. Needless to say that by the end of the night there were a lot of tired kids with sore throats from singing to the music.
It was a fantastic night and was enjoyed by everyone, even the staff! And it was a great way to celebrate the last week before the half term holidays.
That's all for now, will be blogging again soon,
