Cley Hill - January 30th

It was a cold, but clear and sunny day - a typical English winter's day - and the boarders climbed Cley Hill - a chalk hill that rises majestically from the plain, a short 20 minute journey from school.

Decked out it coats & scarves, wellies and gloves, the children and staff huffed and puffed their way to the top of the hill - any breath they did have left was then taken away by the stunning views and scenery.

All the children loved the freedom to race around the top of the hill exploring nooks and hiding in crannies. In a world of high technology, it was wonderful to see so many children enjoy enjoying the simplest of pleasures. A wonderful afternoon!
